Your Stoma Diary helps patients who have just undergone stoma surgery keep track of their daily health, progress, and activities. This small A6 diary is practical to have ready at hand, and allows the user to take personal notes and remember questions they may have.

As hospital stays becomes shorter and stoma patients are discharged earlier after surgery, this simple tool can be useful as a logbook to help both you and your patients.
