Shared values inform our mission
The Ostomy Forum group consisted of 31 experienced Enterostomal Therapy (ET) Nurses from Japan, the United Kingdom, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and The Netherlands.
Over the course of 5 years, the Ostomy Forum was to create an International History-Taking and Assessment Form to enable ET nurses to gather complete relevant data in order to identify the short- and long-term consequences of ostomy surgery. The purpose of such a form was to help recommend improvements and provide appropriate intervention.
We invite you to review the work completed by the Ostomy Forum below.
